Sami Hammoud, Founder and Managing Partner of Prime Legal Counsel, he studied law at La Sagesse University in Beirut (1999-2003). Through his long and diversified career, Mr. Hammoud was exposed to various legal and business related issued such as providing various legal services to clients in Lebanon and the Gulf in corporate law, contracts, business law, international commercial law, intellectual property, real estate, taxation, media, and labor law, including financial institutions, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), to Airlines and shipping companies for vehicle carrier, to telecommunication companies, in addition to representing clients in criminal matters, and handling cases from the investigations to the pleadings.
